If we have problems collecting from your insurance company, or we do not participate with your particular insurance company, the responsibility for payment is ultimately your obligation. In most cases your portion of payment is expected when the services are rendered and we will bill your insurance for their portion. We will do our best to help you receive the maximum benefit from your insurance company. Please remember that most insurance companies pay a fixed allowance and others pay a percentage of the charge.
