Lab Technician, has worked for Dr. DeWitt since 1987 when the office first opened. Cliff was a paramedic for 19 years at Central Michigan Community Hospital before changing his career path. Cliff studied in Buffalo, NY at the Great Lakes Laboratory, receiving certification in Orthodontic Model Sculpting. Along with model sculpting, Cliff also makes the retainers for our finished orthodontic patients. His Job does not end there. He is also responsible for our office maintenance, there’s nothing he can’t do! Cliff resides in Mt. Pleasant and enjoys raising Miniature Pinchers and loves being around people.

Administrative Assistant, began working for Dr. DeWitt back in 1988 shortly after he opened his practice on Mission Street, leaving the general dentistry field where she worked for 7 years. At that time there were only two employees, Gay and one orthodontic assistant. She not only handles accounting and billing, she also keeps our computer system running smoothly! Her abilities and 27 years of experience are invaluable, and she adds plenty of Team Spirit to our group. Gay resides at Lake Isabella with her husband John. They have 5 children Christopher, Jon, Joey, Traci, and Melany, and are blessed with 5 grandchildren! She is actively involved in community organizations and enjoys golf, boating, fishing, hunting and animals.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant, started working for Dr. DeWitt in 1989, bringing 3 ½ years of orthodontic training with her. Eva’s 22 years of experience is extremely valuable to our office. There isn’t a challenge she hasn’t faced and conquered while displaying pride, patience and overall confidence. Eva and her husband, Doug, reside in Shepherd with their children, Jake & Jenna. The family enjoys camping, boating, sports, school activities and their pets.

New Patient Coordinator, has been greeting and meeting our new patients for over 17 years! Her bright smile, warm personality and professionalism makes her an ideal member of our team. Barb’s orthodontic knowledge and experience helps both patient and parents feel very comfortable and informed. She is a lifelong resident of Mt. Pleasant, has two sons, Dan and Ben and her hobbies include spending time with her family, shopping for antiques, and travel.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant, joined our team in 1991 bringing with her 5 years of orthodontic experience. Tammy has an Associates Degree in dental assisting and graduated top of her class! Always ready to assist with poise and determination, Tammy continues to be a valued member of our team. Not only is she a skilled assistant, she is always coming up with new and innovative ideas that enrich our practice. Tammy resides in Lakeview with her husband Ken and her three children, Sarah, Eric & Adam. She and her family enjoy spending time together, traveling, biking, and hiking.

Scheduling Coordinator, started working with our team in 1996. Having worked in the orthodontic field for 9 years and the medical field prior to that, Jeri enriches our team with an extended background in office procedures and patient scheduling. Jeri also has the responsibility of overseeing our OSHA guidelines and policies. She must attend annual seminars and reports back to us to keep our office compliant with OSHA standards. Jeri resides in Shepherd with her husband Pat and her two Miniature Pinchers, Raven & Chloe. They have two sons, Brian & Josh and 3 grandsons.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant, became part of our team in 1996. Theresa has an Associates Degree in Dental Assisting. Combined with years of assisting in the general dental field,she brought with her an invaluable wealth of knowledge and skill now totaling over 26 years. With her kind, patient and composed demeanor, she is a valuable member of our team, always ready to work hard and get the job done. Theresa lives in Alma with her husband Jim. They have two daughters, Lisa & Krista who were both star softball pitchers during their high school and college years.

Orthodontic Assistant, was welcomed to our team in 1999. Formerly one of our orthodontic patients, we recruited her due to her great personality and steadfast manner. Now having over 8 years of experience, Heidi has become one of our most skilled and valuable assistants. She also handles the major job of keeping our inventory of dental supplies complete. Heidi lives in Alma with her husband Ian, son Kain and their dog and cat, Lexi and Sam.

Marketing Coordinator, also joined our team in 1996 bringing with her experience in the general dental field as well as an office background. With her vibrant personality and professional manner, Judy graces our team with her multitude of ideas, abilities, and implementation. Whether she is visiting dental offices, attending 4-H fairs, preparing our newsletter, or organizing our patient fun days, she is always busy promoting our practice with her smile and warm personality. Judy resides in St. Louis with her husband Doug. They have two children, Jason & Laura, and two grandchildren.

Scheduling Coordinator, was welcomed to our team in 2002 bringing with her 17 years of dental experience, along with a terrific personality and a very contagious laugh! Always ready to assist you, she compliments our front desk team, meeting and greeting all our patients with a smile. Linda’s business background and previous dental and customer service experience helps to complete our team. Linda lives in the Beal City area with her husband, Jerry. They have four children, Justin, Britni, Matt & Krista. She loves gardening, boating, reading and family activities.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant, she joined our team in 2004 with 4 years of dental assisting experience with a general dentist. Alissa’s abilities range from not only her skilled assisting, she is also proficient in office duties, and is always brainstorming new ideas. She is a generous, hard working, and vibrant member of our team. Her thirst for knowledge helps to keep our team moving forward. Ali enjoys softball, golf, and bowling. She resides in Midland with her son Kaden, and their dog Dually.
