We are very pleased to let you know about a new service available from our practice: iSIS, Internet Service & Information System, now gives you web-based access to our practice 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are confident that iSIS will provide a new level of convenience and accessibility for you and all our patients. There is no charge to you for this service. Your access to our iSIS site is customized and secure; no other patients will have access to your information.  You must contact our office for an Initial User Name and Password.

• Click on New User Registration
• Enter your email address
  Note: It is very important that you enter your correct e-mail address, as your secure password will be sent to this address. This ensures the security of your account and validates your e-mail address for future communications from our office.
• You must obtain a user name and password from our office to use this system. Your access password will be used for this first-time access only, then it can be changed to what you would like it to be.
• Your unique user password will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Through iSIS you can view the following information regarding your contract(s) with our office:

• Contract specifics, Account Balance, Amount Due and Payment History
• Date, time and procedure for the next appointment
• Any reminders about the appointment
• Names of referring dentists
• Correspondence History

Perhaps most importantly, you can make payments on-line--quickly and securely--with iSIS. Payments are reconciled with our data each night, so that all on-line payments are posted by the start of the next business day.
